STUDENTS

MTA Grads Home PageSince its inception, BASAF has awarded over 5,000 high school graduates over $9.6 million of post-secondary financial assistance. In recent years, awards have ranged from $850 to $3,900.

In addition to traditional four-year college and university programs, all types of accredited post-secondary education are supported by BASAF, including associate degrees, trade schools, technical schools, junior colleges, and similar institutions.

You might be eligible for a post-secondary scholarship award from the Brunswick Area Student Aid Fund if:

  • you are a graduate of, or about to graduate from, Brunswick High School (located in Brunswick, Maine) or Mount Ararat High School (located in Topsham, Maine), or
  • you are a graduate of, or about to graduate from, another secondary school or are home-schooled, and you could have graduated from Brunswick High School or Mt. Ararat High School by virtue of your residency in Brunswick, Topsham, Harpswell, Bowdoin, or Bowdoinham, Maine.
